Adarsh Balakrishna as a cunning person played his part well. Nandu has done a good job. Bhupal as an Aspiring Filmmaker is fine. Shraddha Das leaves a mark of her own in the guest appearance. Poonam Kaur is ok. Vennela Kishore's comedy track is hilarious. Posani, Fish Venkat and Thagubothu Ramesh are fine. Cameos of Nani, Allari Naresh, Manchu Manoj and Taneesh are impressive.
- Cameos of Heroes
- Vennela Kishore Comedy Track
- Placement of Songs
- Second Half
The idea of arousing curiosity among film goers using the craze of a Superstar is the best part of 'Superstar Kidnap'. However, The inexperience of the director Sushanth Reddy plays a spoiler and handling few key scenes in a matured manner could have altered the fate of the movie.
Music by Sai Kartheek is pretty nice. Camera Work by Eeshwar is appreciable. Dialogues work in parts. Editing could have been better. Production Values are adequate.
'Superstar Kidnap' have few funny moments and it will be liked by Mahesh Fans to some extent as the entire story is based on the Superstar. After a decent First Half, The film suffers from unimpressive screenplay in the Latter Half to end up as below par flick.
Box Office: 'Superstar Kidnap' received minimal screen count and its success largely depends on word-of-mouth & Mahesh Fans.
Verdict: A Film For Mahesh Fans!
