Mosagallaku Mosagadu Movie Review
A Gang headed by an Dubai-based Antiques Smuggler (Abhimanyu Singh) robs the idols of Lord Rama and Seetha which are worth several crores. To escape from Cops, The help of a local Gang was sought and it was then Krishna (Sudheer Babu) will be assigned this job. The rest of the tale is about how Krishna dupes everyone to have the last laugh.
First things first, The new look in this movie is Sudheer Babu's career best. He is believable as a conman, performs with good ease and dances quite well in title number & Oho Sundari songs. The one positive aspect Sudheer Babu could be proud of is his growth as an actor with every movie.
Nandini Rai isn't a heroine material and her pairing with Sudheer Babu is the biggest setback. Abhimanyu Singh as antiques smuggler is effective. Jayaprakash Reddy & Fish Venkat produce few laughs. Saptagiri entertains. Duvvasi Mohan is fine. Manchu Manoj's cameo in Climax is alright. Chandra Mohan, Praveen and Others have done their job.

The basic plot of 'Mosagallaku Mosagadu' is similar to 'Swamy Ra Ra' and both these films are based on precious idols robbery and money deals.
Songs by Manikanth Kadri are of poor taste but his Background Score is good enough. Cinematography is decent. Action Sequences were shot well. Dialogues are okay. Editing is fine. Production Values are adequate.
Director Nelluri Bose does a decent job, especially in the comedy department. The film starts on a good note but ends as a average fare in the end. Choice of Heroine, Lack of chemistry between the lead pair, Pretty ordinary Musical Score and Predictable Plot play the spoilsport. Decent Entertainment Quotient and Good Climax work in its favour. On a whole, It's one of the better films in Sudheer Babu's career.
Box Office: 'Mosagallaku Mosagadu' obtained good screen count and how well it capitalizes on it is to be seen. The Box Office prospects aren't so promising for now. Let's wait till the end of Weekend to judge the fate of this Crime Comedy.
Verdict: Pretty Ordinary!
