Ladies and Gentlemen Movie Review
'Ladies and Gentlemen', an anthology flick, is based on Modern-Day Relationships and Cyber Crimes.
Story 1: An Introvert (Chaitanya Krishna) falls in love with a Girl (Swathi Deekshith) whom he meets through Facebook.
Story 2: A Wife (Nikitha Narayan) fed up with his Husband (Kamal Kamaraju), a greedy businessman, goes in search of her former Boyfriend (Adivi Sesh) with whom she broke-up in college.
Story 3: A Call Centre Employee (Mahath Raghavendra) prefers hacking to meet the demands of marrying off his Sister and make his Girlfriend (Jasmine Bhasin) happy.
Lead Cast for all the 3 Stories including Chaitanya Krishna-Swathi Deekshith, Nikitha Narayan-Kamal Kamaraju-Adivi Sesh and Mahath Raghavendra-Jasmine Bhasin is pretty good and they performed reasonably well. Rest of cast have done justice to their roles.
- Run Time (1 hr 55 min)
- Limited Reach
Ladies & Gentlemen is an anthology movie joining the elite club in which films like Vedam, Love Ishq Kadal and Chandamama Kathalu were already part of.
Songs by Raghu Kunche are just ordinary and Background Score is decent. Cinematography is appealing. Dialogues generate humour. Editing is crisp. Production Values aren't bad actually.
The stories narrated in 'Ladies & Gentlemen' will connect big time with Social Media-savy Youth and they act as an eye-opener for those who were unaware of the dark-sides of Facebook, Twitter & WhatsApp Relationships. Major asset of this movie is its short Run Time and makers did a favour to themselves by keeping it as short as possible.
Box Office: 'Ladies & Gentlemen' is a decent film which will appeal to the multiplex audience and all those who seek commercial elements could comfortably stay away. Success of this movie depends mostly on how the Urban Youth embrace it.
Verdict: Strictly For Multiplex Audience!
